The hotel is very conveniently situated near the city center. On-site parking was available. This helped a lot. All team members were professional. The food at the restaurant was good and of a high standard! Our room was clean and spacious.

there was some disturbance from nearby park activity. A young person with speakers created noise. the reception addressed my concern immediately.

the wifi signal was not strong. it was still usable. i noticed a strange odor in both the room and restroom. it detracted from the experience.

I found the in-room temperature controls difficult to manage , even after requesting assistance. this made it hard to keep the room at a comfortable level. the television also had limited channel options , and some were fuzzy. the selection of pillows was quite firm. A softer option would HAVE been appreciated.

The hotel is close to many restaurants and cafes. The city center is within easy reach. I had a room with a river view and that was really lovely.

I stayed one night and the experience was not as expected. The room looked worse than the pictures online. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room and restroom, restroom.
